With a theme showcasing “Dark Side of Japan”, Yamaha Motor Philippines, Inc. unveiled the 2019 MT-15 during the IR Bike Festival and Trade Show held in Pasay City.
Powered by 155 cc, liquid-cooled engine, the new Yamaha MT-15 produces a maximum power of 19.3 PS and a peak torque of 14.7 Nm, mated to a 6-speed gearbox. It is also equipped with a 10-liter fuel tank capacity. Furthermore, the bike’s LED daytime running lights and headlamp gave the model an added aggressive appearance.
According to the company, the new MT-15 design represents the ‘Dark Side of Japan’ which is perfect for beginning their customer’s journey into the dark side.

The new bike comes in Ice Fluo, Matte Blue and Tech Black color, available with an SRP of Php 159,000 in all Yamaha dealerships nationwide.
