Phoenix Petroleum opens 650th station, expands reach in Southern Metro Manila

by MotoMag Philippines

Phoenix Petroleum continues its robust growth as it simultaneously opens four new fuel stations in Muntinlupa and Las Piñas cities—marking the 650th Phoenix fuel station in the country, and the start of a series of network expansion efforts of the company in the south of the metro.

Offering a line of fuels all powered with Phoenix PULSE Technology—a fuel additive with advanced cleaning and protection properties for enhanced power and acceleration—a grand opening was held for the newest Phoenix stations strategically located in Filinvest-Northgate, Madrigal Ave., and West Service Road in Muntinlupa, and in Alabang West in Las Piñas. This allows Phoenix to achieve its goal of bringing value-for-money fuels closer to where the customers are.

Phoenix Petroleum Chief Operating Officer Henry Albert Fadullon shares, “For the past years, we have been relentless in our pursuit to grow our business and achieve our goal to become an indispensable partner in the journey of everyone whose life we touch. We are grateful that as we pursue this vision, we emerge as a leader among the independent players and became a credible alternative to the majors. This year, we want to continue our momentum and do even better. Our aim is to continue strengthening our brick-and-mortar and establishing our presence nationwide by opening more retail stations. We intend to continue improving and expanding so we may be able to reach and serve as many Filipinos as we can, with products and services that are at par with world-class standards but are offered at the best value.”

Equipped with a total of 30 pumps and locators such as convenience stores, restaurants, and car care services that provide for the other needs of Phoenix customers, the opening of the new stations fulfills the company’s long-time goal of penetrating the upscale market in the south and marks the first-ever Phoenix fuel station to be opened in the said areas.

In 2018, Phoenix Petroleum reported a network of 600 fuel stations nationwide. Within the first half of 2019, 30 new stations were added and more stations were opened ever since.
